I met Mr Wong following a referral for mitral valve repair or possible replacement. At our first meeting he was professional and explained clearly his role in my care. He took his time detailing everything and answered all my questions clearly and precisely. There was no rush and he gave me every confidence in his skills. Mr. Wong is an amazing surgeon, He performed a CABG Triple bypass on me in April 2021, he was able the harvest the veins via keyhole but more than that my sternectomy ws half size! Incredible. Mr Wong made me feel completely at ease when I first met him. He explained the need to carry out early surgery to correct a prolapsed Mitral Valve. I saw him when I was admitted and he called to see me on the ward after the operation. When I told my referring cardiologist I had a valve repair and not a replacement, he said Mr Wong is a very good surgeon.
